Costa Rica was where Seeds of Hope originally began, in the small town of Quepos. Seeds of Hope Costa Rica has evolved from originally being a shelter for victims of sexual exploitation, to now becoming a safe haven and after-school educational center for at-risk youth. The main goal of SOH Costa Rica is to reach the communities that are most negatively affected by sexual exploitation, poverty, drug and alcohol abuse, and violence. Seeds of Hope is changing lives by providing functional education, spiritual mentorship, and recreational activities that help to cultivate a new mentality for the youth.

Nationally we are members of 3 Costa Rican task forces:
CONATT: The Costa Rican National coalition against the trade of immigrants and the human trafficking of persons
CONACOES: The Costa Rican National Commission to combat the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents
United Nations Blue Heart Campaign: A global campaign raising initiative to fight human trafficking and its impact on society. It seeks to encourage involvement from governments, civil society, the corporate sector and individuals alike, to inspire action and help prevent this heinous crime.
LOCALLY, we run clubhouses that provide after school and weekend classes in high risk communities. The goal of these clubhouses is to give hope through Christ to children by providing preventative education, spiritual guidance, and restoration for girls and boys ages 12-18.
